This excellent 2 minute video entitled “Pulling Together” shows how geese work together as a team. For them this is everyday stuff. For us this is a great lesson of how teamwork surpasses the individual.

One aspect I liked was that as the geese flap their wings they create an uplift for those flying behind.

When flying in a V formation geese can fly 71 percent further than they could by themselves. Wow talk about teamwork

Another that liked in the movie was when one of the geese got injured or tied 2 geese would stay with the injured one until they got better or died.

This is something we have done in our networking group since its inception in 2001.

Not that any have died physically …. We work and support everyone at whatever level they want to be worked with until they are up and flying again or they move on.

Watch the short 2 minute video on teamwork .

Over Coming Poor Time Management – Set Goals

You’ve set your goals for what you want to achieve in your network marketing business but you just don’t have time to do anything?

You just keep saying “if only I couldn’t be good with managing my time” or you keep asking your upline “How can I better manage my time to fit everything in? Can you give me some tips to overcome my poor time management ?” but just aren’t getting the answers ….

It is likely, you may be finding it difficult to make time to work on your business at all.

If you feel overwhelmed by the process of accomplishing your goals… you will get value from reading this.

A Simple Strategy To Correct Poor Time Management

To get from where you are now to where you want to be requires a specific (but simple) strategy:

Decide what you want in your life

Understand where you are now (you can’t start from anywhere else)

Be coachable and willing to learn from others who have already walked the path you want to travel (this speeds things up)

Do the consistant daily actions that are necessary to take you where you want to go [when you can]

Those who get off this path won’t arrive anywhere they want to actually be, and they often struggle for much of their lives because of it.

As humans we love to complicate things and make them harder than they need to be. But this really is a very simple business and doesn’t have to be complicated.

The Path to Success is Narrow

It is aligned with signs all pointing in the same direction.

If you believe the “dream stealers” and get off the path …… it will lead poverty… both financial poverty and emotional poverty as well (these are the paths of distraction, worry, blame, regret, being a victim, confusion, overwhelm, indecision and the list goes on).

The paths to poverty are covered with conflicting signs and landmines … they all lead to endless struggle.

HERE’S THE SECRET

All you need to do is DECIDE to stay the course based on what you want to achieve in YOUR life. Get COMMITTED to the outcome. Do this and poor time management will be a thing of the past!

Don’t allow yourself to get overwhelmed and mostly don’t beat yourself up if you’re not achieving what you set out to. That’s not fun! And above all this business must be fun and not hard otherwise you might as well stay doing what you are already doing in your dead end job.

Simply start from where you’re at and move at the pace you’re able to. That’s it!

If you have decided you are ready to take the next step and really get on with the necessary steps to achieve your goals and have heaps of fun in the process and do it in the most effective efficient way possible by following in the footsteps of a mentor who has already traveled the road you are traveling then consider having a look at the free mentor program.

This free mlm mentor program will show you the essential steps you need to make to learn and start using attraction marketing in your own business to get the prospects coming to you, which makes business building more realistic and achievable for everyone.

Don’t forget to post your comments on tips time management for achieving your network marketing goals below

How To Create A Retirement Income

Are you a “Baby Boomer” who wants to retire but think you don’t have enough money to do so because of the current global financial situation?

You are running scared because you think you haven’t enough retirement income and/or money to retire in the fashion you have become accustomed to because you have been so busy having a great life that you didn’t take the time to save enough to create an adequate retirement income.

You’ve suddenly realized the only way you can support your extravagant lifestyle is to eat into the equity of your family home and other acquired assets.

Don’t dispair there is a simple answer. Being a human we like to complicate things and it is often the simple answers that get overlooked. They say if you want to change then you have to change. In this case maybe all you have to do is look at your situation differently.

Image you didn’t have to be concerned with leaving anything for your kids? You may not yet have heard of the trendy new Baby Boomer club called the SKI Club.

SKI: – Spend the Kids Inheritance!

In fact many Baby Boomers retired, or planning on doing so, find they having to SKI as they don’t have enough retirement income. They are being forced to do this because their savings and investments are now shot to pieces by the current global financial situation.

Nowadays that is so easy to do!

Maybe you still want to leave something for your children

Imagine another retirement income senerio where you created a residual retirement income that you could use while you are here and then “Will” it to your kids for them to use. Then when they have completed their time on this plant the could “Will” it to their kids – your grand kids.

Would that be a great system?

You maybe surprised to learn there is such a system available and it has already been around for over 50 years.

If you are interested in finding out more on how you can access this time proven way to fund retirement and create a retirement income then you need to seriously look into Network Marketing.

Network Marketing is the perfect business model to create a residual retirement income. No capital risk, premises, stock or staff.

And one of the ways you can find Baby Boomers is via the internet. Millions in the 45yo to 70yo age groups are searching for answers on how to make money on the internet.

I show and teach people how to successfully build their own home based MLM businesses so that they solve their needs, as well as the needs of others.

Providing you are serious about making money for your retirement income, I can show you how.

Wishing you every success,

Building a Successful Networking Marketing Business

If you are finding it difficult to recruit for network marketing you’ll likely find you are hard selling or convincing your prospect to join you in your networking business. Building a successful network marketing business is not about selling its about education.

Unfortunately many people in the network marketing industry make the mistake of applying sales techniques to “Close the Sale” forcing the prospect into purchasing and wondering why they are failing.

Follow this proven technique on how to recruit for network marketing

The Guided Close

Going for a guided close takes place during direct, person-to-person conversation which might be on the phone, or at the end of a meeting.

Your prospect will have already sat through a presentation, and now you are moving in for the sale and to “close” the deal… it’s decision time.

Many pros have this down pat and have a response for every objection. They are also armed with a a list of their prospects desires, their wish list, and their emotional triggers which they acquired from previous “interview” conversations.

The prospect will then be systematically “guided” down a path that leads to a purchase.

If you are skilled at the guided close, that prospect is going to “buy” today whether they want to or not. However, it is NOT the best way to keep a sale on the books as the person is buying for all the wrong reasons which most definitely leads to buyer’s remorse shortly after.

There are several reasons why the guided approach doesn’t work and it comes down to one primary piece of psychology:

“A person convinced against their
will is of the same opinion still”

Many times during a guided sale, the prospects emotions will be flowing at fever pitch leaving them no time to think logically which is the recipe that always leads to a sale which is why this method is the primary tool of choice for direct response marketers.

This “heart only” approach is extremely effective, but counter-productive for building a successful network marketing business because you are not making a one-time sale…

You are looking for the years of commitment it will take to build a successful network marketing business.

Unfortunately, when those emotions dissipate and logic sets in, the person may regret the decision they made and they usually end up quitting within days or weeks.

The Volutary Close

If you want to successfully recruit for network marketing you will have to master what I call the voluntary close. This is where your prospect will “sell themselves” and make the decision to purchase on their own.

The primary difference between the two is that the prospect is not put on the spot or asked to make a decision to purchase by you directly on a phone call or in person.

This allows the prospects head to catch up with their heart so they can make a “whole” decision. Which leads to a “voluntary purchase” decision where they are fully committed.

In other words you don’t convince your prospects to buy. Rather you want them to convince themselves to buy, and then voluntarily make the purchase when the time is right for them.

Once they make their choice, it will be much more concrete and in order to stay congruent with that choice, they will work much harder and stay dedicated longer because “it was their idea”.

This is achieved indirectly through tools and marketing instead of direct personal pressure.

Yes, you are still are going to push those same emotional buttons, and you are still going to ask for a decision, but you are not going to do it directly through personal conversation.

Here’s a Guideline to Follow:

To effectively recruit for network marketing you must be completely willing to let a sale go.

1: A lead is generated and a quick introductory phone call is made so they know that you are a real person and to start your “interview process”. It is your call. Ask them a few questions, to find out if they are someone you want to personally work with. Find a reason NOT to work with them or sell them product because the wrong customers/partners will cost you MUCH more than you’ll ever make in the long run…

Your valuable time!

2: If you like the person and they have passed your initial interview process give them the address to a guided business overview via email and then instruct them verbally and in the email to contact you when they’re done.

Because they came though a capture page when they became a lead, they are already in your marketing pipeline.

At this point, the ball is completely in your court.

NEVER chase people. You are too busy for that and chasing money sounds like desperation and that rings LOUD and CLEAR. Think of your business in a state of abundance (whether it is or not). There is no neediness to chase sales.

NEVER schedule follow-up calls on your prospect’s terms. They MUST call you when you feel like doing so. If you’re positioning yourself correctly, they will be excited and feel privileged that you contacted them.

(This is something pretty foreign to most who deal with prospects who never return their phone calls and voice mails).

3: Once they do contact you, they’re going to have some questions which you will answer in a very friendly manner.

For the rest of the call, remain silent.

Don’t ask them to get started and don’t try to keep the conversation going.

Dead spots in a conversation ARE AWKWARD. You want to make them feel off-balance and then force them to fill the dead air.

Your attitude is that you called me to ask me some questions which I will answer, and that’s it. Anything else that we discuss is up to you.

Because you’re unwilling to keep the conversation going or try to talk them into getting started, you are in the position of power.

In any relationship, the person who cares the least holds the power.

So I’m just going to answer their questions and then sit there. They’re testing me and my leadership frame whether they realize it or not.

And you know what happens 9 times out of 10 because you didn’t take the bait and chased them.

They fill that awkward silence with statements like, “So what’s next? How do I get started?”

Now in order for this method to work, you must TRULY see yourself as a leader and live in a mindset of abundance. If you don’t and you’re just pretending to act this way on a phone call, they will see straight through it.

You cannot pretend in anyway. You must truly live and believe that mindset.

“To be a successful network marketer there are certain things you will need to do and/or be. The good news these are all learned things. To help you on your journey, to becoming a successful network marketer here are 5 of my best tips. I learned these from my mentors who have many years of experience in running their own networking businesses.

Successful Network Marketer Tip 1:

Surround yourself with supportive people and don’t be discouraged by anyone. You can avoid isolation by staying in contact with your upline and even crossline [especially if your upline is remote] They are great to vent your frustration and share your successes. Make sure you enroll your family into the success of your business. They will ultimately benefit from anything you build as your network marketing business is willable. If you stick with it through the first few years, your chances of success are great. The only way you can fail is if you give up.

Successful Network Marketer Tip 2:

Separate your work and personal life. [your family will love you for this] Set your working hours and stick to a strict timetable. Let your downline know when they can contact you and let them know when they can expect a reply from you. Also let them know how to reach you in an emergency.

Successful Network Marketer Tip 3:

Be coachable and flexible. Be prepared to give up your old habits and learn new ones in order to grow your team. Admit your mistakes, correct them and carry on. (For example, don’t beat yourself up if you blow a presentation, learn from it and move on). Be proactive in solving problems – react quickly to any complaints or problems for your downline team members.

Successful Network Marketer Tip 4:

Build your income quickly so you can pay for your “support crew”. That way you can spend more time building your business instead of spending a lot of time doing things that have nothing to do with your area of expertise, like bookkeeping, marketing, IT support or business – like house cleaning, ironing, gardening, lawnmowing, laundry. Pay someone else to do the $10.00 jobs.

Successful Network Marketer Tip 5:

Consistant daily action doing the things that will grow your business is key. Plan your day. Write your to-do list and prioritize it the night before. Write a business plan and vision so you are clear about what you are doing, and update it when your achieve. Reward yourself with something you enjoy at least a few times a week to recharge your batteries. Never lose sight of the big picture and visualize yourself already there – review this daily. Never worry about how you are going to get things done when you are first developing your networking business. Once you have set your goals and begun to work at them – concentrating on the daily actions that will grow your business the money and resources will “magically” come together.

A simple remedy is to enroll them into your network marketing dream with a reward. Set up some boundaries around the time you will send on your network marketing business….. or whatever else you maybe doing. Don’t just give “Lip Service” here you MUST stick to the times. This is especially true if you have kids you are enrolling.

The Enrollment Process

Call a family meeting. Let them know what you are upto in your network marketing business and how they can help. ie requesting and coaching the kids how to answer the phone and take a detailed message – way better than getting “some guy rang for you about that network marketing thing you do”

WIIFM – What’s in it for them

Offer them a reward. If they support you in your network marketing business, which includes answering the phone, taking detailed messages, not being mad when you’re not there to kiss them good night because you are out at an appointment, then they will get a reward. Lay it out for them and don’t forget to give them the reward when you do reach your network marketing business milestone because they won’t !! And worse they will never trust you again.

Here’s a reward suggestion – When you reach each level of your network marketing business have a reward built in. While you are moving to the next level plan special regular events – get them involved with the reward process. Make the special dinner or weekend away a regular fun filled event.

Manager – special dinner out for the family
Snr Mgr – weekend away for the family
Exec – O/Seas holiday for the family
Snr Exec – World trip for the family

I mean lets face it your network marketing business is paying. If you’re set up right and go out with or visit with or travel with members from the business partners in your group it’s a tax deduction [WOW what a great business we're in!!]

What you have to bring to the table

No BS here. Stick to your word and become committed. To make this really work you have to be committed – I mean totally committed to your success.

Become a leader

True leaders don’t develop people’s beliefs in the leader, they develop the belief in the follower.

If you get this….. your family and everyone will follow…. and they’ll love you for it.

Setting Network Marketing Goals

You’ve set your network marketing goals for what you want to achieve in your business but you just don’t have time to do anything?

You just keep saying “if only I couldn’t be good with managing my time” or you keep asking your upline “How can I manage my time give me some time management tips?” but just aren’t getting the answers ….

It is likely, you may be finding it difficult to make time to work on your business at all.

If you feel overwhelmed by the process of accomplishing your network marketing goals… you will get value from reading this.

A Simple Strategy To Achieving Your Network Marketing Goals

If you believe the “dream stealers and get off the path …… it will lead poverty… both financial poverty and emotional poverty as well (these are the paths of distraction, worry, blame, regret, being a victim, confusion, overwhelm, indecision and the list goes on).

The paths to poverty are covered with conflicting signs and landmines … they all lead to endless struggle.

HERE’S THE SECRET

All you need to do is DECIDE to stay the course based on what you want to achieve in YOUR life. Get COMMITED to the outcome.

Don’t allow yourself to get overwhelmed and mostly don’t beat yourself up if you’re not achieving your network marketing goals. That’s not fun! And above all this business must be fun and not hard otherwise you might as well stay doing what you are already doing in your dead end job.

Simply start from where you’re at and move at the pace you’re achieving your network marketing goals. That’s it!

If you have decided you are ready to take the next step and really get on with the necessary steps to achieve your network marketing goals and have heaps of fun in the process and do it in the most effective efficient way possible by following in the footsteps of a mentor who has already travelled the road you are travelling then consider having a look at our “One on One Training” program.

You will be shown the essential steps you need to take to learn and start using attraction marketing in your own business to get the prospects coming to you. This makes achieving your network marketing goals and growing your chosen business more realistic and achievable for everyone.

Attraction Marketing

There has been alot of talk on the net about the power of attraction marketing as a means for generating free leads for your network marketing business.

The question is does it work?

Having been on the web for some years I have seen different “strategies” come and go. …. and they come and go very very quickly on the web. It would seem that you just master a technic and it goes out of vogue and doesn’t work. Or the company you were using to promote the service goes bust and disappears leaving you up the creek without a paddle.

Social Networking

Social networking I believe is something that is here to stay.

A natural evolution of the internet that has been coming for the past 5 years. In the late 90′s and early 2000′s information was the go. As the internet became more popular and its users more discerning because there was a lot of crap around through these years as the savy internet marketer used many black hat ways to try and beat the search engines.

Thankfully this is not the case today. However it did force the internet into its true potential which is a global meeting place where people can interact on any topic imaginable. This is more of a reality today with software applications making it possible for even the most technically challenged individuals to get in on the act.

These would include anywhere a comment can be left or an interaction can happen. Such as blogs, video sites, membership sites, forums, hubpages, squidoo, chat rooms, social tagging – digg, delicious, flicker, furl just to name a few.

So how has this helped network marketers get leads for their primary business?

The Answer

By branding yourself and showing yourself as a leader that others may wish to follow. This can be done by starting your own blog [like the one you are reading now] or making your own video and uploading it to YouTube or other video hosting sites – there are hundreds.

If you are reading this and want to know where you can get step by step training on how to impliment an effective Attraction Marketing strategy on the internet then you can get some info at this site.

Don’t forget to post your comments on attraction marketing being viable for network marketers below

In My Opinion Black Belt Recruiting Is Essential Reading For Those Engaging MLM Prospecting

Anybody who has been online for any length of time has probably heard the name Mike Dillard. Mike is a pioneer in attraction marketing he has paved the way for many people to build their businesses online using attraction marketing methods with his books Magnetic Sponsoring, MLM Traffic Formula and Building on a Budget.

Mike’s latest book Black Belt Recruiting is taking the online marketer one step further. His first books taught people how to generate leads in much the same way that Ann Sieg used Renegade Network Marketer and what Mike Klingler teaches Renegade University.

After you have generated these leads you still need to know how to talk to them to get them into your business.

That’s where Black Belt Recruiting comes in.

How Can Black Belt Recruiting Help You?

First off I would like to say that one of the great things about this course and one that I truly appreciate, is how simple it is to apply these techniques. The presentation is straight forward, fact filled, without all the hype.

Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser are the co-stars of this magnificent resource that I believe will open the doors for networker marketers to learn the secrets to telephone prospecting.

Just in case you didn’t know Mark Wieser is the guy who taught Mike Dillard to use the phone and take him from a struggling networker of 6 years to making a living in internet network marketing.

With the help of Mike’s and Mark’s step-by-step guide to making phone calls during the recruiting process you will once and for all get over your fear of the phone. They will walk you through the entire process, from picking up the phone to getting your prospect to sign up in your business.

What’s Included in Black Belt Recruiting?

The course comes with a 6 – disc audio CD set containing almost 6 hours and a 42 page written manual.

The manual is PACKED with extremely valuable information about the correct mindset to adopt when getting prospects. A lot of IMPORTANT psychological lessons to take note of in becoming a leader.

One of the MOST valuable parts…in my opinion, is in the back of the manual where Mike lists 25 common objections prospects will give you over the phone, and what you can say for each of them.

The CD set would have to be the single most important audio course I have listened to in the past 3 years. I love that I constantly listen to the CD’s in my car while I’m driving around.

If you do decide to invest in Black Belt Recruiting for yourself, I would highly recommend you do this also and/or load them onto an MP3 player so you can immerse yourself in listening to how 2 millionaires grew their respective businesses having heaps of fun while recruiting on the phone.

How Black Belt Recruiting Helped Me

In a nutshell “the confidence I needed to become a Recruiting Pro”

Let me explain…..

I was never good at talking to prospects on the phone. In fact the thought of having to pick up the phone and talk to someone I didn’t know – even the ones I knew – would start my heart racing and make my palms sweaty.

However, after listening to the course several times and applying what I learnt, I was able to really understand:-

how valuable my time is and not let anyone waste it

how to speak in such a way that prospects are attacted to me

how and why I should pick and choose who I wanted to work with

how to quickly identify a great prospect

to truly know that I am offering way more than just a business opportunity or product – “I’m giving you a chance to make a difference to your life. You wanna join me?”

know that it is ok to refuse to work with someone and use the GAP technic get them off the phone without burning them

And most importantly aquire the absolute confidence and posture to ask my prospect the “hard questions” necessary for my success – questions I never would have dreamed of asking before Black Belt Recruiting

These may seem a little crazy to you if you’re struggling with your business, but ironically it’s necessary to have that paradigm shift that will actually help you explode your business.

So is Black Belt Recruiting worth it?

Yep.

It sure is. Absolutely.

Mike Dillard and Mark Wieser even go so far as to guarantee you will sign up at least 10 people a month into your primary business if you implement the secrets revealed in their course.

Even in you haven’t recruited one person into your business yet, you’ll be able to start bringing people into your business like crazy, as I have when you use these techniques.

In parting I would leave you with two questions, if you don’t know

what the number 1 reason why your prospect will join your program or

what the most dreaded question you will ever be asked by your prospect is

then the Black Belt Recruiting is a have must resource for you to improve your skills.

Should you invest in education that WILL change the way you approach your network marketing business?

Seriously – You’re an idiot if you don’t.

I suggest strongly that you at least go through the NEW VIDEO INTERVIEW series that Mike and Mark have prepared. They are FREE for you view now.
